Caroline is joining the fivestar* Team with 10 years of experience owning projects in the apparel Industry. She’s worked for brands like Under Armour, Stitch Fix and Dick’s Sporting Goods to execute on the development of their apparel. After learning the industry inside and out, she was looking for what was next. She now finds herself doing the same type of work to solve new challenges at fivestar*.
Caroline originally found a posting for a different role but through conversations found the perfect fit as a Senior Solutions Analyst. In her new role, she gets to use the left sided part of her brain to answer questions like: How can we build this product in a sustainable way and how do we scale? And she gets to use her creative side with problem solving and visualization tools.
Caroline is excited to solve the challenges that are ahead of her. She says “There are endless different things in software. You can solve problems in limitless ways. That's what I'm most excited about.”
Caroline serves on the board of Style412 a non-profit organization dedicated to the growth of conscious fashion and industry professionals within the city of Pittsburgh. She and her partner recently bought a house built in ‘79 so when she's not solving software challenges, she’s learning all about how fun it is to peel wallpaper, install hardwood flooring, and baseboards. Caroline married her partner during the pandemic at Schenley Park and and just welcomed their first son, Asher, into the world in January .
